Insight Life & Wellbeing Coaching is a private, pay-only establishment. Payment is made before each session with cash, debit card, or credit card to your coach’s Venmo or Square POS on the coach’s webpage with the coach’s Acuity Scheduling calendar. Clients are responsible for any or all collection fees and/or attorney fees associated with collecting any delinquent balance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We work with Individuals, Couples, and “Family” Members 18 years old and older in person or on Zoom.
2. Anyone who is not 18 years old or older cannot be present during the session, even if the meeting takes place on Zoom or any other virtual format. The first time, there is a warning. If there is a second time, the session will be rescheduled, and the client will pay the full price of the session for rescheduling. If you can’t make yourself a priority, then we don’t need to either.
3. It is recommended that if our sessions with you are not on Zoom, then the location of the sessions should not be at the client’s home for ethical reasons. However, other arrangements can be made, such as at our home office location, which is in Wright City, Missouri, or a public space such as a restaurant that is not busy or a public library. If you consent to have sessions at my home office, you need to be aware and sign a consent form since there is always surveillance audio and video recording and monitoring equipment in use. By law, clients need to consent in writing since it shows clients coming to our front door and other areas outside our home.
4. We have a 48-hour rescheduling, canceling fee, or “no-show,” which is the full price of the scheduled session. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please leave a voicemail, send an email, and/or send a text message 48 hours before your appointment. This policy is to ensure that all clients can plan as needed to schedule appointments. If you routinely cancel appointments, we will terminate coaching sessions until you are more committed. This also applies to prepaid sessions—no refunds.

COACH’S CELL PHONE: Since we use our private cell phone as a business phone with a Google Voice phone number, please be aware that we keep regular business hours with clients. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm, except on Fridays. Coaches can accommodate different times if scheduling is arranged through them individually in advance. If you call during our off hours, please leave a message, and your coach will return your call the next business day or during business hours. If it’s “an emergency,” call 911. If it’s not an emergency, schedule an appointment or wait until your next appointment. We also charge clients for phone calls and text message conversations that are not exclusively for the sole purpose of scheduling and rescheduling appointments, or for the cancellation of an appointment. We do this for two reasons: 1. Anything that goes beyond a 5- to 10-minute call or text is a billable coaching session, and 2. healthy relationships begin with having respectful boundaries, and it is not a professional coach-client relationship if this becomes an issue.
